The principal of the company, Michael Schochat, has spent his entire career in finance. During his years as a banker, he gained an understanding of loans and the loan process, concentrating on the commercial and industrial markets. He also developed long-lasting relationships with a wide variety of lending institutions.

It was a natural progression, more than twenty years ago, for Schochat, assisted by his professional staff, to enter the field of real estate finance. His expertise in this area is knowing how to “structure the deal” and how to obtain the most advantageous financing for each of his clients, many of whom have worked with him repeatedly on an exclusive basis since the inception of the firm.
